Ich als Köchin brauche scharfe Messer und Zwilling ist da einfach die richtige Wahl. Es ist soo scharf und liegt suuper in der Hand. Nicht zu schwer und nicht zu leicht und der Griff ist super, das ganze Messer ist super.

Volle Punktzahl, super scharf, präzise, sehr gute Handhabung!Ach und an alle das Messer wurde nach Gebrauch stumpf, tja das ist halt normal, ein Reifen vom Auto wird auch nicht besser! Vorteil bei Messern ist, dass man sie schärfen kann! Ich nutze dafür einen Wetzstahl.Dies ist mein drittes Zwilling Messer und ich wurde bisher noch nie enttäuscht!
