The threads are not correct and the seal doesn’t hold in the grounds, so when you completely close it so that it can brew, coffee grounds end up floating in the your coffee. It’s VERY cheap. Would NOT recommend.

The seal that leaked wasn't even the part that screws in! It was the seal between the handle assembly and the jug itself!

For such a simple product, it yields some of the most delicious cold-brew coffee I've ever had. I suppose it helped that I used favorite coffee. My first batch I only let steep for about 14 hours instead of 24 and it was so good! I won't go into why cold-brew coffee is so good, but I will say that this product makes it very well.Only complaints... I wish the handle felt more substantial while the carafe is full. The fact that it's cut out (not solid) makes it feel a little weak, but not to the point that I think it might break. The filter extender was a little difficult to screw back on when I took it apart to clean, but that's not a deal breaker for me.Overall, this is product is amazing for the price. I highly recommend it if you want to enjoy your coffee on a whole new level.

The cold brew pitcher works fine. I bought “save with used — very good condition,” and was surprised to open the box and find the pitcher had coffee stains all throughout that needed cleaning. I’ve purchased “Save with used” many times, and for this type of condition I would expect more disclosure (“used condition”) and a larger discount than just a few dollars.

Making the coffee with this brewer is simple enough to where anyone can do it. The coffee turns out good and it’s not a terrible product. However, after a couple uses the top “air tight” seal began to leak, especially when shaking the container to mix the coffee (as the manufacturer states to do in the directions), which creates quite a mess. I just wish the product worked as advertised.
