偽物？中古？汚れ、傷だらけ

写真では分かりづらいですが、文字のかすれや、傷、汚れが酷い状況で配達されました。傷が付きやすい素材にも関わらず、袋等に入っておらず、ただ緩衝材が入っているだけでした！また、商品が写真と違っていて横にブランド名のロゴが入っているはずなのですが、ありません。これは偽物の商品？それとも中古の商品なのでしょうか？ちゃんとしたメーカーの新品の商品であればこのような事にはならないと思うのですが高い買い物だけにとても残念です。

We purchased it for mounting our Sous-vide machine on it and it fits perfectly. Large enough to add 3-4 pieces of pork tenderloin and not too large that you have to fill the container with so much water. Easy to store away when not needed.
