包丁くらい大きいです。頑丈でどっしりしていて、意外と存在感あります。薄いエッジで細かい返しも得意。デカイ図体ですが、しなりとか色々考えられている作りです。全体にしっかりした作りなので寿命も期待できそうですオムレツ以外にもターナーとして何でも活用できます。とっても便利！

予想以上に大きいです。手に持つと、バイキング（？）になった気分です。全体的に大きいのですが、まず柄が長すぎるのだと思います。また、先端のかえすところも大きいので、最低でも卵3個分くらいのオムレツでないと逆に使いにくいです。肝心の仕上がり具合ですが、確かに、うまくいきました。スッと入ってパタンとたためる。これはすごい、と思いましたが、本当にオムレツ専用機ですね。他の用途に汎用的に使えるほど取り回しは良くありません。目玉焼きやスクランブルエッグを作ることが多く、そんなにオムレツを作ることはなかったのですが、これがあるから作ろうかという気になります。

直径22センチのフライパンで使用したら、初めは少し大き過ぎるかな？と気になりました。慣れると、卵全体を網羅できる大きさで使いやすいです。

Great for flipping eggs or omelette or anything else that you may be frying at the time. I did buy it for omelettes but find that once you are using it you end up using it for everything. I've had this for a couple of years and it always goes into the dishwasher and comes out clean and looking like new. The blade of this is quite soft and bendable like a large spatula but the middle section is rigid so that it doesn't bend in half. Great bit of kitchen kit.

Fantastic for flipping pancakes. Very easy to clean (we throw in the dishwasher). Slightly bigger than you expect.
