The tenderizer was ordered to replace my old Pampered Chef one as it did not do a good enough job for pounding chicken and other meats. The Kitchen Aid is light but does a great job tenderizing meats. I will be using it this weekend to make Chicken Marsala. It makes the job so much easier and quicker. Nice handle and both sides of hammer work well. I am very happy I purchased the Kitchen Aid and you should taste my Chicken Masala!
