This is a perfect companion to the flatware caddy! Both recommend a 3.25" deep drawer, but I've got a 3" drawer and by planning all the flatware face down and three knives in this caddy, the set works beautifully.I highly recommend this and its companion!

Nice gadget, fits perfectly in my drawer, looks good with the knives in, only dowside is if the knives have fat handles hou can't put them beside each other as won't sit flat, but not a biggie

If we use the product as shown in the product description's pictures then everything fits fine and looks decent. but quite a bit of potential storage space gets wasted. If your situation is different than what's shown in the pictures (i.e.: if you have too many knives, have knives from multiple sets, etc.) as we do, either accept that it won't look as neat as in the pictures or that you'll need to buy an additional organizer. In my case, after the large knives were in I placed our dinner knives in the top rack interspersed with paring knives and other knives with narrower handles. For reference, our dinner knives have handles that are about 19/32in (1.51cm) wide and our cooking knives' handles average around 11/16in (1.75cm) wide.Cleaning is not the easiest task. The bottom seems like it should come off but I was worried about cracking the plastic as it was stuck on rather tightly. I wound up pouring water with a smidge of dish detergent in between the slots for the knives, shook it around a few times to coat the inside surfaces, then repeated the process a few times without detergent.What would drive up my rating is to make the bottom easier to remove for cleaning the inside of this unit, and making the unit slightly wider to accommodate wider knife handles and/or not having to skip every other slot on the top section.

Me encantó este organizador de cuchillos, ya no tengo los cuchillos regados por todo el cajón con riesgo a cortarme por agarrarlos y además optimiza espacio. A mí me funcionó perfecto con sus espacios, llene todas las renuras, sin embargo si el mango de tu cuchillo es muy ancho puede que si tengas problemas para usarlas todas. La calidad es buena, el color y tamaño también, es un must para tu cocina.
