You can't usually buy things this well made. It's extremely solid and well-machined. Unfortunately I bought it in order to make apple cider, and it's not ideal. It's a little small, and it forces far too much fine pulp into the juice. It extracts all the juice all right, but doesn't make a clear cider. Still tastes great though.

A friend recently bought a similar product NOT stainless steel. She is already avoiding using it since the material is wearing and more then likely leaching into her "health drinks". I read it does heat up so I crank slowly and run the grass through twice.Products like this make Amazon look good! Thanks team Amazon

After a few uses:This thing really needs to be anchored to the counter because it does take some force to turn the handle. Since it needs to be cleaned after every use, that means you have to unscrew it from wherever you have it to clean it. HUGE pain in the butt.The pulp DOES NOT come out dry, it still has juice in it. I was juicing wheat grass only.The holes where the juice comes out is under the spout, and so you have to have a pretty small glass to fit under it. Out of the four shot glasses I own, none would and I had to use a short piece of tuperware.For over 100$, it has too many problems to keep and overlook. Did return it for a different brand juicer.

I was super excited to get this product before my wheatgrass was mature enough to juice so I tested it with kale which resulted in a HORRIBLE yield. Almost non exsistent with a soaking wet pulp. I nearly returned it then but decided to wait till my grass was long enough. I tightened the end a good bit with the wrench provided and it did an amazing job with the grass! Nearly 2 ounces for a hand full bunch.

We've only had this for a few days but already it is a million times better than the previous juicer we had (The Original Healthy Juicer (Lexen GP27))which broke after only 2 months! It is a very sturdy design and I see this lasting a long time.
