I have had my other cookware for over 20 years and found that as I get older, it was more and more difficult to use some of the pieces due to their weight. With my new GreenLife that is not a problem. I love the weight of these pans, and the clean up - easy - easy - easy!Now if I can just fine the baking pans to go with this set, I will be really happy!
