Horrible... The filter only last for 1 month to a month and a half. So you were left purchasing a filter every month or month and a half. For the high cost of the filter I can buy water cheaper.

I love my zero water it is so easy to use and easy to clean. We love the taste and it gets rid of all the miners and rust in the water. Loved it so much I bought my daughter in law one because she loved mine. Worth the money

Guys, the company is not responsible if your tap water is extraordinarily bad. If you're running through filters like toilet paper, it's because you have terrible quality drinking water and need to do something other than drink from the tap.The filter does its job, and it does it exceptionally well.I'm fortunate enough to have somewhat decent tap water (reading consistently 150's), and my filter is still running strong. The chemical/chlorine smell from the tap is nauseating, though, so I wanted to try this filter out.I am the only person in my household, and drink at least 8 glasses a day (usually more), and I haven't had a problem yet. I bought this at the end of March, and as of the 1st week of July, it's still going without a need for replacement.I even talked my office into getting one to keep the plastic water bottle usage at a minimum. There's only 4 of us there, but it's been going strong without issue for a few months now too.The taste is unbeatable, too. This is what water should taste like. It reminds me of fresh, unadulterated spring water from the ground. But, a little common sense goes a long way with this. If you have terrible quality tap water, you're gonna run through more filters. If you don't find it cost effective (I mean, you may want to think about what you're drinking in without a filter and health problems that may arise with that) then at least you've learned just how bad the quality of your tap is so you can stick to filtered water from the grocery stores. If you had to pay the $40 just to find that out, then it's $40 well-spent.

This thing has been a disappointment. It worked okay for a couple weeks, then suddenly it stops passing water through the filter unless you left the top part up. As annoying as that is, it also starts tasting bitter after a few weeks. I also have used a couple of their replacement filters (ordered a 4 pack) and they had the same issues. Unacceptable to basically stop working after a couple weeks…

I takes a long time for it to filter, I troubleshot but it does not come out any faster and I can only get it to fill half way even after letting it sit all night. Also, I tested it first time it was at 15, the lowest it has been is 9. Its just disappointing to pay so much for something that is subpar

I like the taste of the water and it removes sediments well, but I have to take off a star because the spiget slowly leaks and fills my refrigerator shelf with water within 12 hours or so.

It comes with the TDS digital water tester. In 3 seperate glasses i put tap water, filtered tap water, and the zero filtered water. All i can say is wow. I cant believe ive been giving my family any other water than this. Definitely glad i went with 23 cup dispenser because ive been usimg it for everything now. Even the dogs get zero water. Only downside is it takes a long time to fill. After the initial fill which took many trips to the sink, ive been doing one fill of the top portion once a day to keep it full.

Don't get this if you live in AZ and don't want to have to replace the filter every two weeks. Flavor was not much better comparable to "regular" filters. Trying to reduce plastic and save money on bottled water, but replacing it that often completely defeats both purposes.

We are on treated well water and the flavor is horrible. This filter produces great tasting water. The included tester showed the dramatic reduction in impurities 240 to 0. Enjoy the larger size for reduced need to fill all the time.

The water tastes great (huge difference from other brands), but we've had some issues with the dispenser. We had this same product for almost 3 years, but recently the cap popped off (cheap plastic) and it emptied in the fridge. We purchased this replacement, but this one is slightly leaking already. I tried to adjust the rubber stopper, but I haven't had success and it is still leaking
