Absolutely love this product. I bought one last year and have been using it daily ever since. The product is very sturdy and durable, will definitely last me a few more years without any damage. My family fell in love with the product and ordered another one to gift to a friend. I can’t think of another way of how I would be able to keep all my favorite teas so organized and aesthetically appealing.

This is a lovely tea box. Well crafted, and with quality materials, I had no problem with the box being unhinged or imbalanced in any way. The glass cover was perfect and it easily fits 100+ tea bags inside. The box is tremendously convenient in having all my tea (well, most of it) in one easy storage item that's attractive as well. I've been thinking about buying another for some small craft items because I'm so pleased with this purchase.

bought three of these. we keep one at the office and I gave two away. It is simplistic in design and works well. no complaints. I plan to buy another for the house and am toying with the idea of putting a logo on a couple of dozen and giving them as gifts. They are sturdy enough to work with confidence and the inset magnets are great to keep the lid down.

Overall appearance is nice, but quality control seems to be poor. My first unit was not level and wobbled a bit when opening and closing the lid. Also one of the magnets came off from the lid. I requested a replacement unit which they sent promptly (though they requested I return the old unit), but the replacement unit I received was in even worse condition...the backing is coming apart from the rest of the box, resulting in a gap on the back right side and the lid being off center. See attached photos. Don't know how they can send units like this out ._.Judging from other reviews it seems to be a gamble as to whether you'll receive one in good condition or not...price is cheap so up to you whether you want to take that risk.UPDATE 10/22/16Lowering my rating to 1 star, my current unit's top broke apart after very light use for a month. What a horrible product lol

Cute way to organize and store tea. If I have guests over, it's much more presentable to have them pick tea from this instead of rummaging through all the boxes and tins of various sizes. Recommended and probably would make a good gift.Also, my girlfriend bought one and said she uses it for her Doterra oils.

Though I liked the design, I found manufacturer quality control lacking since 1 box had wood splintered inside of the box and the replacement box had a large scratched mark on top of acrylic plastic window. I gave up after 2 tries as it is not worth my time to fiddle with such subpar products. I did not like the fact that the manufacturer also put pieces of bamboo on 2 of the 4 sides and they don't always line up so it gives a look/feel of unevenness around the acrylic plastic.

This arrived in good condition, and for the price is perfectly acceptable. I'll likely buy another to store extra tea in since if you want the lid to close it doesn't hold too many bags. As others have mentioned, the plastic film got stuck and required a blade to remove, but it took just a couple of minutes. Not the highest quality, but perfectly acceptable for storage given the price point.

The box itself is fine and came exactly as pictured. My issue is that there is a prop 65 warning that is not made clear in the product description. I didn't know until after my husband put all his tea in it. I will say the company gladly returned it, so I gave them a star for quality customer service.

It was perfect right out of the box, no assembly required! It’s a lightweight bamboo, so if you’re throwing it around or dropping it, it might break, but it’s perfect for its purpose. The lid is a magnet closure with an acrylic window and the compartments fit standard size tea pouches. It’s a really nice organizer. I was so surprised at the awesome price, because any other bamboo or wood organizer containers are way overpriced! Great buy.

It does what I need it to. It is to short so it doesn't close all the way if you put the tea in straight up and down you have to lean them so I can't put as many as I want in the box but it gets the job done. It is flimsy and if I left it out and let my kids grab their herbal teas instead of me it would break quickly.

Great little box for storage I know its a tea box but I love the glass lid and use mine for crafting it holds thread or beads to whatever cross stitch project I am currently working on. I also love that the lid is magnetic so my curious cat can not get it open and get into the threads I have inside.

Super cute and adds a eloquent quality to some as simple as storing tea bags! Love the clear top so you have a clear vision of your options! Great for gifting to all tea lovers!! It’s not cheaply made and very sturdy.

This box looks great and is an easy way to keep all the teas organized. My one complaint is that the larger tea bags (Tazo sized) all have to be leaned over because the box isn't quite tall enough and they hold the lid up. They don't hit the see through panel but do hit the wooden edge on the lid. It's not a huge deal though and I still use it daily.

Bought this for my DIL who loves tea. It came in good time and packed well. Would have been nicer with real glass, but the acrylic seems to be fine as long as nothing is put on top to scratch it. The wood is very nice and workmanship is great. The hinges are grubby looking. The little magnet catches work fine. I know she will be happy with this box.

the clear plastic lid came with dried glue on it. trying to get it off will scratch surface. really disappointed
